The Results dashboard is the workspace-wide view of learner activity: how many sessions your simulations, coaches and evaluators had, how many were completed and passed, what they cost in credits, and how your hosted projects were viewed. Open it at Results. The page heading reads Analytics, with the line "Workspace-wide results for" and the name of the active workspace.
Who can see it
The dashboard is available on every plan. It always describes the workspace that is active, so switch workspace first if you belong to more than one. See Personal and organization workspaces.
Every member of an organization workspace can open it, whatever their role, and sees the totals for all of the workspace's simulations, coaches and evaluators. The numbers on this page are counts and averages. They never show who a learner is.
The Learners button, which opens the learner history view, depends on your role. Owners and admins always see it. Other members see it only when the workspace lets every member see learner identity. See Collecting learner identity.
The date range
The date range control at the top offers 24h, 7d, 30d, 90d and All. The page opens on 30d.
- Each range other than All is a rolling window that ends at the moment you opened the page, last chose a range or last selected Refresh. It is measured in exact hours and days back from that moment, not in calendar days, so it does not depend on a time zone.
- All has no start date.
- The range applies to the overview cards, the activity chart, and the Simulations, Coaches, Evaluators and Hosted projects tables. It does not apply to the hosting usage cards.
- Activity after that moment is not included until you select Refresh or choose a range again, either of which moves the end of the window to now.
What counts as a session
For simulations and coaches, a session is one learner conversation. A conversation is counted when all of these are true:
- The learner took at least one turn: they sent a message or spoke. Opening a simulation without responding is not a session.
- It is not a designer test run. Simulation sessions you start from the editor's preview, and coach voice previews, are left out of the session, completion and score counts on this page. A text conversation with a coach in the editor's preview counts as a coach session.
- It was not replaced by a resumed session. When a voice session drops and the learner resumes it, the two parts count as one session.
- It started inside the selected range.
Sessions keep counting after their messages are removed by a workspace retention window. See Data privacy, retention and learner data requests.
Evaluator sessions are counted differently. See the Evaluators table below.
The overview cards
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Sessions | Simulation sessions in the range. Coach sessions are not included here. The line below gives the number of active simulations, meaning simulations with at least one session in the range, and the number of learners. |
| Completion rate | Completed simulation sessions as a share of all simulation sessions in the range, with the two counts below. |
| Pass rate | Passed evaluations as a share of scored evaluations in the range, with the two counts below. |
| Avg score | The average percentage score of the scored evaluations in the range. For evaluations older than a workspace retention window the criteria detail has been removed, and the stored point score is used instead, which equals the percentage only when the criteria total one hundred points. |
| Credits used | Credits charged to the workspace in the range. The line below names the two largest kinds of usage. |
| Coach sessions | Coach sessions in the range, with the number of coaches that had at least one. |
Percentages are rounded to whole numbers.
The cards and the activity chart describe simulations and coaches. Evaluator sessions, results, pass rates and scores are not part of them and appear only in the Evaluators table. The one exception is Credits used, which includes the credits charged for evaluator scoring.
Learners
The learner count is the number of distinct learners across the simulation sessions in the range. A learner here is a browser, not a named person: each browser keeps an anonymous learner ID, and sessions from the same browser count as one learner. When the browser blocks storage, or after a workspace retention window has removed the learner ID from an older session, each session counts as its own learner. The same person on two devices, or after clearing browser data, is counted twice. The learner names or identifiers you collect on a start screen are not used for this count.
Completed sessions
A session is completed when it has ended, not when it was passed.
- A text session is marked completed when the simulation reaches its end and the evaluation is requested. A learner who closes the simulation partway is not counted as completed.
- A voice session is marked completed when the voice session ends, including when the learner hangs up or closes the page.
- A text session in a simulation that has evaluation turned off is not marked completed, so it adds to Sessions but not to the completion count.
Pass rate and average score
Both numbers are computed from evaluations, not from sessions.
- The pass rate is the number of evaluations that passed divided by the number of evaluations that were scored. Sessions that were never evaluated are not in the calculation at all, so they do not lower it.
- Feedback-only evaluations have no pass or score. They are left out of both the pass rate and the average score, and never count as a fail or as a zero. When a range contains evaluations but none was scored, both cards show a dash and "no scored evaluations (feedback only)". See Evaluation and scoring.
- An evaluation is counted in the range when the evaluation itself was produced in the range. This can differ from when its session started, so a session that started just before the range can add to the pass rate without adding to Sessions.
- Evaluations from designer test runs and from the replaced part of a resumed voice session are left out.
- Both numbers use the original AI evaluation. A human review of an attempt does not change them.
- Only simulation evaluations are counted. Results produced by evaluators are not.
Credits used
Credits used is counted from the usage charges in the workspace's credit history for the range, not from the sessions above, so it also includes usage that is not a learner session, such as AI help while you build and designer test runs. For what uses credits, see Credits, usage and low-credit alerts.
The activity chart
The Activity chart shows one bar for each period from the first period with activity in the range up to now. Select Sessions, Completions, Credits or Avg score to change what the bars measure. Hover over a bar to see that period's sessions, completions, credits, average score and number of evaluations, plus coach sessions when there were any.
- All shows one bar for each week. Every other range shows one bar for each day.
- Days and weeks in the chart follow UTC, and a week starts on Monday. A session late in your evening can therefore appear under the next day.
- Sessions and completions are placed on the day the session started. Evaluations are placed on the day they were produced, and credits on the day they were charged.
- Avg score uses a fixed scale from zero to one hundred percent. The other measures scale to the tallest bar.
The Simulations table
The Simulations section appears when at least one simulation had a session in the range. It then lists every simulation in the workspace, including drafts, archived simulations and simulations with no sessions in the range, each with a status badge.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Simulation | The name and status. |
| Sessions | Sessions in the range, counted as described above. |
| Completions | Completed sessions in the range. |
| Pass rate | Passed evaluations as a share of scored evaluations, with a colored dot: green at 70 percent or higher, amber from 40 percent, red below that. A dash means nothing was scored in the range. |
| Avg score | The average percentage score of the scored evaluations, with the same retention window exception as the overview card. A dash means nothing was scored. |
| Credits | Credits charged for that simulation in the range. |
| Last activity | The date of the most recent session in the range, in your browser's time zone. |
- Sorting: select a column heading to sort by it, and select it again to reverse the order. The table opens sorted by Sessions, highest first. Simulations with no scored evaluations are placed last when you sort by Pass rate or Avg score from highest to lowest.
- Paging: the table shows the first 7 rows. When there are more, select the Show all button, which also carries the number of simulations, to see the full list, 25 rows to a page with Prev and Next. Show fewer returns to the short list.
- Search: after you select Show all, a search box filters the list by simulation name.
Select a row to open that simulation's Results stage, with its attempts, transcripts and criteria. See Results for one simulation or coach.
The Coaches table
The Coaches section appears when at least one coach had a session in the range, and then lists every coach in the workspace. Coaches are not scored, so there is no pass rate or score.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Coach | The name and status. |
| Sessions | Coach sessions in the range. |
| Unique learners | Distinct learners across those sessions, counted per browser as on the overview. For coach text sessions older than a workspace retention window the learner ID has been removed, and those sessions together count as one learner. |
| Credits | Credits charged for that coach in the range. |
| Last activity | The date of the most recent session in the range. |
The table is ordered by sessions, highest first, and cannot be re-sorted. It shows the first 7 coaches, with Show all and Show fewer as in the simulations table. Select a row to open that coach's Results stage.
The Evaluators table
The Evaluators section appears when at least one evaluator had a session or a result in the range. It then lists every evaluator in the workspace except archived ones, each with a status badge. For what an evaluator is, see Evaluators, scoring learner-submitted work.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Evaluator | The name and status. |
| Sessions | Evaluator sessions that started in the range. A session starts when a learner first submits work to the evaluator. |
| Results | Final results produced in the range. Results for an intermediate stage are not counted. |
| Pass rate | Passed results as a share of scored final results, with the same colored dot as the simulations table. A dash means nothing was scored in the range. |
| Avg score | The average score of the final results in the range. A dash means nothing was scored. |
| Unique learners | Distinct learners who started a session or received a final result in the range. A learner is counted per browser, as on the overview. |
| Last activity | The date of the most recent session start or final result in the range. |
- Designer test submissions are left out of every column.
- Feedback-only results have no pass or score. They add to Results but not to Pass rate or Avg score.
- Sessions are counted by when they started and results by when they were produced, so in a short range Results can be higher than Sessions.
- The table is ordered by sessions plus results, highest first, and cannot be re-sorted. It shows the first 7 evaluators, with Show all and Show fewer as in the simulations table.
Select a row to open that evaluator's Results stage.
Hosted projects and hosting usage
The Hosted projects section appears when a hosted project was viewed in the range, or when the workspace's hosting had any egress in one of the last 6 calendar months that overlaps the range. For hosting itself, see Hosting and SCORM Wrap.
The table lists the workspace's hosted projects, except archived ones, ordered by views in the range.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Project | The project name. Select the row to open the project. |
| Views | Views in the range. |
| Lifetime views | All views since the project was created. |
| Size | The project's stored size. |
| Last viewed | The most recent day in the range with a view. |
Views are recorded per day, in UTC, so the range is applied in whole UTC days. Daily counting is not backfilled. It starts on the first day a view of one of your projects was recorded per day: when the range starts before that day, a note reads "Per-project views counted since" with the date, and Views covers only the days since then. Lifetime views is not affected.
Below the table, the hosting usage cards describe the workspace's hosting as a whole. They do not change with the date range.
- Egress by month: the data served from your hosted projects in each of the last 6 calendar months. Months follow UTC.
- This month: egress so far this month, against the plan's monthly allowance.
- Storage: the total stored size of your hosted projects, against the plan's allowance.
- Projects: the number of hosted projects, against the plan's limit.
Arranging sections and empty states
- Hover over a section title and drag the handle beside it to reorder the sections. The order is saved in your browser, so it applies only to you on that device.
- A section with no activity in the range is hidden. When no section has activity, the page shows "No activity in this time period." Choose a longer range.
- A workspace with no activity at all shows No activity yet on the All range, with a Go to Simulations button.
From the dashboard to the detail
- One simulation or coach: select its row. See Results for one simulation or coach.
- One evaluator: select its row to open its Results stage.
- One learner across simulations and evaluators: select Learners. Coach sessions are not listed there. See Learner history and AI summaries.
- A file for a spreadsheet: the Export menu downloads the simulations table, the coaches table or the activity series (Daily activity (CSV), one row per day, or per week on All) as CSV for the selected range. It has no evaluator option. See Exporting results, transcripts and evaluations.
AI tools over MCP
An AI tool connected through the MCP server can read a workspace roll-up with get_account_analytics. For a time window it returns the 20 simulations and coaches with the most sessions, each with its session count, learner count, pass rate for simulations, and whether it had no sessions in the window, plus the total number of simulations and coaches. It is read-only.
The tool counts sessions by the same rules as this page, with these differences:
- The window is
7d,30d,90d,quarter(the current calendar quarter, in UTC) orall, or an explicit start and end. The default is30d. - The pass rate is returned as a fraction between zero and one, not as a percentage.
- It does not return completions, average scores, credits or hosted project views.
- It covers simulations and coaches only. Evaluators are not in the result.
